三者的核心技術與功能差異:

1. 丹麥 PGD Exoskeleton 防刺背心：物理硬性阻斷、永久壽命技術本質： 捨棄了會老化的纖維，改用經過人體工學預型的超薄鋁合金關節片相銜接。
最大優勢： 面對軍用匕首、冰鑿、甚至醫療注射針頭這種極度尖銳的蓄意穿刺，金屬材質具有壓倒性的阻絕能力（通過最高等級 NIJ 0115.00 Level 3 認證）。
金屬材料不會因汗水、體溫或紫外線而退化，原廠宣稱其防護面板具有無限的生命週期。厚度表現： 僅有驚人的 2mm，是三者中隱密性最高、最適合便衣特勤藏在西裝或襯衫內的裝備。

2. 卡維拉（Kevlar）防刺背心：防割砍極佳、防尖細穿刺較弱技術本質： 採用多層杜邦高強度人造芳綸纖維（Kevlar）相互疊加編織而成。防護特性： 纖維的抗拉扯性極強，在應對開山刀大面積割砍、菜刀揮砍時表現完美，通常能兼具基礎的防彈功能。
缺點： 面對錐子、磨尖的鐵釘、注射針頭等極細的尖銳物時，軟質纖維網容易被尖端「撥開分流」，導致針尖直接穿透纖維縫隙刺入人體。
此外，Kevlar 材料極度怕潮濕與紫外線，5 年黃金防護期滿後必須強制報廢更換。

3. 碳纖維防刀刺背心：
抗鈍器暴打的「絕對防禦」技術本質： 採用高剛性的碳纖維複合材料（ 製成硬質面板或鱗片結構)
最大優勢： 碳纖維擁有極高的剛性與抗壓性。除了能完美咬住並折斷刺入的刀尖 缺點： 因為碳纖維複合硬板具有一定的剛性，無法像純纖維或 PGD 外骨骼那樣百分之百柔順貼合人體曲線。
 
NIJ 0115.00 第 3 級 (Level 3) 
是美國國家司法研究院 (NIJ) 針對個人防刺服所訂定的最高保護等級。此標準專門測試防護衣抵禦手持尖銳武器（如商業生產的刀具或手工製作的尖刺）穿透的能力。 
關鍵性能規格 
NIJ Level 3 的測試包含兩個能量階段，旨在確保防護衣在正常及極端衝擊下都能保護重要器官： 
E1 測試能量 (43 ± 0.60 焦耳)：模擬一般人能發揮的高強度打擊力。在此能量下，刀尖或尖刺進入防護衣的深度不得超過 7 公釐 (0.28 英吋)，以防止傷及內部器官。
E2 過度測試能量 (65 ± 0.80 焦耳)：此階段將能量提升 50%，模擬極端情況下的全力衝擊。在此能量下，穿透深度不得超過 20 公釐 (0.79 英吋)，以確保防護衣不會發生全面潰敗。 
威脅類別與應用 
防護衣通常會針對兩種不同的威脅類別進行測試：
Edged Blade (刀刃)：針對高品質、商業銷售的刀具（如 S1 與 P1 測試刀刃）。
